Born in Milan on February 6, 1979, Atty. Pagni earned a high-school diploma from Williamsville North High School in Buffalo (NY), as well as an Italian high-school diploma from Da Vigo High School in Rapallo (GE).
She graduated in law from the University of Genova on March 25, 2005.
She carried out her legal training at a primary law firm specialised in labour law in Milan.
Since 2008 she has been a research fellow in labour law and industrial relations at the University of Pavia.
She has been a member of the Bar Association of the Court of Milan since 2009.
Since 2009 she has been a member of the Italian Association for Labour Law and Welfare (Associazione Italiana di Diritto del Lavoro e della Sicurezza Sociale) and since 2010 a member of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association).
She acts as a tutor at the University of Pavia for the Labour Law Contracts course held by Prof. Mariella Magnani.
She has been working for Magnani Law Firm since 2009.
